The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Payroll Assistant to support our HR and payroll division. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates with a commerce background who are looking to build a career in payroll management and HR operations within a professional finance outsourcing environment.
Job Profile
- Assist with payroll-related tasks and documentation on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data in company systems
- Prepare payroll reports and support HR/payroll functions as required
- Handle administrative duties as assigned by senior staff
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all payroll and employee data
- Support the team during payroll processing periods to ensure timely completion
Candidate Profile
- 6 months of experience in a related field will be an added advantage
- Diploma in HR Management is an added advantage
- Proficient in both Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communication skills in English
- Good A/L results in the Commerce stream
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
