As we expand our operations, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Management Trainees at our Colombo 06 office.

The Role

The Management Trainee will support clients using our payment gateway platform, acting as the main contact for client queries, onboarding, and issue resolution. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for freshers and undergraduates who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and want to build a career in the digital payments industry.

Working Hours: 2.30 PM – 11.30 PM

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients using our payment gateway and build strong, lasting relationships
  • Support new clients through onboarding, training, and system setup processes
  • Monitor real-time transactions to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Identify and help resolve issues such as failed, missing, or duplicate transactions in a timely manner
  • Work closely with Technical Support, Sales, and Finance teams to solve client issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support cases
  • Share regular reports and updates with clients and internal teams
  • Follow company policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements at all times

We Are Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
  • Freshers and undergraduates with an interest in customer service or client relationship roles are welcome to apply
  • Strong English communication skills — written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage
  • Basic understanding of payment systems or online transactions (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
