The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Executive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced export environment, managing both local and international customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels at all times
- Work closely with product, planning, logistics, and related departments to ensure timely delivery to international and local customers
- Prepare invoices and follow up on post-shipment documents
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
- Independently maintain records and carry out continuous follow-up with clients
Candidate Profile
- SLIM/CIM (full/part or equivalent qualification) will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/marketing or a similar capacity
- Ability to communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Effective time management, skill prioritization capabilities, and ability to perform under pressure
- Maintain excellent customer relationships, internal coordination, and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure goal achievement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Location: Must reside within 15 km from the Katunayake EPZ
