The Role

Siyapatha Finance is currently expanding its Leasing Marketing team in the Northern Area and is hiring dynamic, results-driven individuals across multiple levels to cover the districts of Chunnakam, Vavuniya, and Mannar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market Siyapatha Finance leasing products within the assigned territory
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and annual leasing targets set by management
  • Conduct market visits, customer follow-ups, and business development activities
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of leasing applications
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly activity reports to management

Candidate Profile

  • Passionate about sales and marketing with a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a field sales territory
  • Prior experience in leasing, finance, or banking marketing will be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the Northern Province (Chunnakam, Vavuniya, Mannar)
  • Knowledge of the local area and community is a strong advantage
