The Role
Siyapatha Finance is currently expanding its Leasing Marketing team in the Northern Area and is hiring dynamic, results-driven individuals across multiple levels to cover the districts of Chunnakam, Vavuniya, and Mannar.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market Siyapatha Finance leasing products within the assigned territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships
- Achieve monthly and annual leasing targets set by management
- Conduct market visits, customer follow-ups, and business development activities
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of leasing applications
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly activity reports to management
Candidate Profile
- Passionate about sales and marketing with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a field sales territory
- Prior experience in leasing, finance, or banking marketing will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the Northern Province (Chunnakam, Vavuniya, Mannar)
- Knowledge of the local area and community is a strong advantage
