The Role
We are hiring Office Assistants to support our day-to-day office operations at our Head Office in Homagama. This is a hands-on role that requires someone reliable, organized, and capable of handling a variety of office tasks independently.
Key Requirements
- Passed GCE O/L or A/L
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle office tasks independently
- Male candidates only
- Must be capable of working under pressure and willing to work long hours when required
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operations
- Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with departments as needed to support office functions
- Manage correspondence, deliveries, and office supplies
- Support senior staff with ad hoc tasks and assignments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
