The Role
The Data Entry & Office Assistant will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, supporting sales operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and WhatsApp promptly and professionally
- Assist with sales activities and follow up with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update stock records and administrative documentation
- Support general office administration and daily operational tasks
- Keep data accurately entered and organized in company systems
Requirements
- GCE A/L qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar capacity
- Age below 30 years
