Role Overview
BETSS is seeking a proactive and analytical Intern – Product Promotions & Operations to join their Product and Operations team. This internship will work closely with the Product, Retail, and CRM teams to support promotional initiatives, partner onboarding processes, and user behaviour monitoring across the BETSS platform — with a particular focus on upcoming Racing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product and Operations team on on-ground promotional activities to support lead generation and customer engagement for BETSS campaigns
- Work closely with Retail and CRM teams to support promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and product feature rollouts
- Follow up and coordinate documentation and paperwork related to partner onboarding processes
- Monitor user traffic behaviour on the BETSS platform and support basic reporting on user activity, engagement trends, and campaign performance metrics
- Assist with user testing and quality checks prior to launching new product features, campaigns, or promotions on the BETSS platform
- Provide operational support to the Product and Operations team during major racing events and seasonal campaigns
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for internal team reviews
Requirements
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital platforms, marketing promotions, product operations, or iGaming
- Good analytical thinking with the ability to understand user behaviour and web traffic trends
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with multiple internal teams
- Basic understanding of web platforms, digital campaigns, or user testing will be an added advantage
- Ability to join immediately and support a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment
