Role Overview
A professional organisation in Colombo 07 is seeking a mature, experienced, and highly professional Front Office Coordinator / Receptionist. This is a senior front desk role that requires an individual who is experienced in corporate reception, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and who can represent the organisation with outstanding professionalism and poise.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front office and serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and business partners — welcoming guests with professionalism and warmth
- Handle all incoming telephone calls, screen and direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages
- Manage the reception area — maintaining a presentable, organised, and professional front office environment at all times
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, visitor registration, and front office scheduling
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and correspondence efficiently
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to management as required
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and basic office management duties
- Work flexibly across different administrative positions when required by the organisation
Requirements
- Age between 35–40 years
- Good knowledge of MS Office package — Word, Excel, Outlook — and strong computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English (written and spoken)
- Proven team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Computer literacy essential with demonstrated MS Office proficiency
- Capable of multi-tasking, flexible, and willing to work in any position when required
- Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a positive attitude
- Professional appearance and corporate presentation at all times
