Role Overview

SCOT Campus is seeking an Enthusiastic Student Enrolment Executive to engage prospective students, guide them through the enrolment process, provide programme information, and support informed decision-making, while achieving assigned enrolment targets. This role offers an attractive remuneration package with high sales commission above industry standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and digital channels
• Guide prospective students through the complete enrolment process from initial inquiry to successful registration
• Provide accurate and compelling programme information to support informed decision-making
• Actively generate leads and convert prospects into enrolled students to achieve assigned targets
• Manage the student registration cycle efficiently, maintaining accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to support campaigns and events
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly student enrolment targets

Requirements

• A Degree, HND, or Diploma in Marketing or a related field
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in achieving target-based commissions are encouraged to apply, OR minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Student Recruitment, preferably in a Higher Education Institute
• Proven experience in achieving or exceeding sales/enrolment targets
• Hands-on experience using CRM systems, Google Apps, and Sales Tracking Tools
• English and Tamil fluency with high computer literacy
• Well-organised, deadline-driven, and goal-oriented
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage the student registration cycle
