Job Role

Nascent Group is seeking an exceptional Female Executive Coordinator to manage agent relationships and handle all related coordination functions with the highest level of professionalism. This is a performance-driven role with an attractive salary and commission package that can exceed Rs. 400,000 per month. The company is looking for someone who considers themselves among the best — a confident, well-presented professional who can represent multiple business lines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer and agent inquiries professionally, providing timely and accurate solutions.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with agents across all business verticals of the Nascent Group.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client-facing and internal communications.
• Support business operations across multiple industry divisions with efficient coordination.
• Assist senior management with executive-level coordination tasks and scheduling.
• Manage correspondence, documentation, and follow-ups across relevant departments.

Requirements

• Female candidates aged between 20 – 30 years.
• Well-presented with a professional, organised personality.
• A winning attitude with strong drive, confidence, and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple coordination tasks simultaneously.

Remuneration

Salary plus Commission – Total package can exceed Rs. 400,000 per month
