Job Overview
The Executive – Employee Relations – Operations (Activewear) will play a pivotal role in supporting workforce management and operational decision-making at MAS Sleekline. This role involves analyzing workforce data, monitoring absenteeism and turnover trends, and delivering actionable insights to support operational efficiency and compliance with HR planning goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze employee absenteeism and turnover data on a daily and weekly basis
- Deliver insightful reports to support management decision-making in operations
- Assess workforce risks and identify potential operational challenges before they escalate
- Evaluate module-wise cadre requirements against budgeted plans to ensure efficient resource utilization
- Coordinate with operations teams to address staffing gaps and workforce planning needs
- Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations across the factory floor
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data systems
Requirements
- A Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is mandatory
- 1–2 years of work experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
