Role Overview
Roshell Manpower Agency is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Assistant (Female/Male) to join their team in Dehiwala. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with basic English communication skills and a passion for online content and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging digital content including posts, stories, and promotional materials
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages professionally
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and online promotions
- Track and report on social media analytics and campaign performance
- Research trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing best practices
- Support email marketing and other digital outreach activities
- Coordinate with management on marketing strategies and content calendars
Qualifications
- Knowledge in handling social media platforms or Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing
- Age between 22–32 years
- O/L or A/L educational qualification
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous working experience in a similar role is an added advantage
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail
