Siyapatha Finance PLC is seeking dynamic, target-oriented sales and marketing professionals to join their Leasing Marketing team in Colombo. Multiple levels are available from Assistant through to Assistant Manager, making this an opportunity for candidates at various stages of their finance and sales careers. Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote Siyapatha Finance’s leasing products to potential individual and corporate clients
• Generate and manage a pipeline of leasing leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing sales targets
• Process and submit lease applications accurately and in compliance with company guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, agents, and existing customers
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
• Provide excellent after-sales service and follow up on client queries and renewals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

What We Look For

• Strong sales drive and target-oriented mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Sinhala/Tamil/English
• Experience in leasing, finance, or field sales will be an added advantage
• Educational qualifications relevant to the applied level
• Willingness to work in the field and achieve targets
