Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases
  • Verify data for completeness and accuracy before and after entry
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records and files
  • Prepare data reports and summaries as required by management
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data at all times
  • Support the team with general administrative and data-related tasks
  • Meet daily and weekly data entry targets with a high degree of accuracy

Job Requirements

  • Good typing speed with high accuracy
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry systems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
