Available Positions

Role Descriptions

01. Data Entry Operator

• Accurately input and update data into the company’s systems and databases
• Verify data accuracy and maintain data integrity across all records
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Generate basic reports and summaries as required by the team

02. Insurance Assistant

• Assist in processing insurance applications, renewals, and claims documentation
• Provide support to customers on insurance queries and policy information
• Maintain accurate insurance records and coordinate with relevant departments
• Support the insurance team in day-to-day administrative tasks

03. Marketing Trainee

• Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Assist with social media content creation and digital marketing activities
• Conduct market research and compile competitor analysis reports
• Help coordinate promotional events, materials, and brand activities

04. Sales Assistant

• Assist the sales team in achieving targets through customer engagement and relationship building
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information
• Maintain accurate sales records and assist with daily sales reporting
• Support order processing, coordination, and after-sales follow-up activities

General Requirements (All Positions)

• School leavers and freshers are strongly encouraged to apply
• No prior work experience required
• Good communication skills in Sinhala and/or English
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office skills an advantage)
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional approach
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced corporate environment
