Job Overview

The Finance Assistant will support the accounting and finance operations of FineFinish Engineering by handling day-to-day financial activities, preparing invoices, assisting with accounts receivable and payable functions, and generating financial reports. The role requires a candidate with a part or full qualification in accounting or finance, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities
• Prepare invoices and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with accounts receivable and payable functions
• Generate financial and management reports as required
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
• Support administrative and finance-related tasks as directed

Requirements

• Part qualification or qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
