Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject area with a recognized teaching qualification
• A Postgraduate Degree (Master’s) in the relevant field is an added advantage
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school
• Excellent command of English — spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to use modern teaching methods and digital learning tools
• Passion for teaching with a student-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic teams and participate in school activities
• Willingness to engage in co-curricular and extracurricular programs
• Ability to adapt to a multicultural teaching environment

Job Description by Level

Nursery

• AMI or pre-school diploma holder with over 3 years of teaching experience in English medium

Primary School

• Graduate/Trained teacher with over 3 years of teaching experience on relevant subjects in English medium

Secondary and Upper School

• Graduate with over 3 years of teaching experience on relevant subjects in English medium
• Excellent command of English with proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
