Job Role: Executive – Supply Chain

The Executive – Supply Chain will be responsible for managing procurement, supplier relationships, and supply chain coordination across the hotel properties within the Aitken Spence portfolio. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will work closely with hotel operations and management teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement of all goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate the best terms for equipment and services required by the hotel properties
• Prepare and process Letters of Authority (LOAs), and follow up on pending orders and urgent procurement requirements
• Identify new suppliers, conduct market surveys, evaluate supplier performance, and maintain professional relationships with pre-qualified suppliers
• Liaise with user departments of hotel properties to ensure timely supply of operational items and support urgent purchasing requirements
• Coordinate inter-departmental approvals and manage procurement documentation accurately
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information
• Support cost optimization and value-for-money procurement practices across the group

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field from a recognized institute
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
• Strong communication skills — verbal and written in English
• Excellent analytical, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines under pressure
• High attention to detail with a professional and proactive approach
