About the Role

MAS Holdings Bodywear – Ratmalana is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and communicative individual to join their dynamic team as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Assistant. This role sits at the heart of operations, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, internal departments, and suppliers to maintain uninterrupted production and timely delivery.

As an ERP Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of all planned customer activities, developing and executing follow-up plans with internal teams, managing raw material inventory, and coordinating supplier payments. You will play a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the timely completion of all planned customer activities and orders in coordination with internal teams.
Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, and logistics teams to develop detailed follow-up plans aimed at meeting customer delivery deadlines.
Monitor and manage raw material inventory levels to maintain uninterrupted production flows, flagging shortfalls or excess stock proactively.
Follow up on payments to suppliers and manage supplier communication records in the ERP system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the ERP platform, ensuring data integrity across production, inventory, and procurement modules.
Generate regular reports on order status, inventory positions, and supplier payment schedules for management review.
Support process improvements and ERP system enhancements as directed by management.
Liaise with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues and ensure alignment.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or Textile — OR — an undergraduate currently in the 2nd or 3rd year of study in a relevant discipline.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
A proactive, energetic attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
Prior exposure to ERP systems or supply chain coordination will be an advantage, though not mandatory.
