The Role

We are hiring Office Assistants to support our day-to-day office operations at our Head Office in Homagama. This is a hands-on role that requires someone reliable, organized, and capable of handling a variety of office tasks independently.

Key Requirements

  • Passed GCE O/L or A/L
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle office tasks independently
  • Male candidates only
  • Must be capable of working under pressure and willing to work long hours when required

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operations
  • Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate with departments as needed to support office functions
  • Manage correspondence, deliveries, and office supplies
  • Support senior staff with ad hoc tasks and assignments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
