The academy is now seeking qualified and passionate English Teachers to join their team at the Kiribathgoda branch, offering both full-time and part-time positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, effective English language lessons for students across different age groups and proficiency levels
• Manage the classroom environment to ensure a positive, disciplined, and productive learning experience
• Develop and use a variety of teaching resources, lesson plans, and assessment tools
• Monitor individual student progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
• Conduct evening, kids’, and weekend classes as required by the academy’s schedule
• Participate in academy events, parent meetings, and professional development activities
• Maintain accurate student attendance and performance records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in English, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an English Teacher
• Undergraduates with a strong passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and delivering effective lessons is essential
• Patient, enthusiastic, and committed to student success
