Role Overview
Platinum Immigration Solutions is seeking experienced and highly professional Client Relations Executives to join their Colombo 03 team. This is a high-value, client-facing role requiring exceptional English communication skills and a proven background in customer care, call centre, or hospitality operations. The successful candidates will earn between LKR 75,000 to LKR 150,000 per month, with additional performance-based commission.

Salary: LKR 75,000 – LKR 150,000 per month + performance-based monthly commission

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong, professional relationships with high-value immigration clients throughout their entire visa and immigration journey
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, and in-person meetings — providing accurate, timely, and empathetic service
- Advise clients on immigration processes, visa requirements, documentation, and timelines in a clear and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal case management and documentation teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs relating to client satisfaction, response times, and case progression
- Resolve client complaints and escalations professionally, maintaining Platinum’s reputation for excellence
- Prepare and maintain accurate client interaction records and case status updates in the company’s CRM
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven immigration consultancy environment
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in customer care, call centre, or the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and written skills in English — this is a mandatory requirement
- Presentable personality with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
- Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple client cases, and meet strict deadlines
- Professional, confident, and solution-oriented approach to client management
- Experience in immigration, travel, legal services, or financial services is an advantage
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: LKR 75,000 – LKR 150,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
- Additional performance-based monthly commission
