Role Overview
Letona Café is hiring disciplined and responsible Security Guards for 24-hour duty shifts at their Yakkala and Ja-Ela locations. This is a full-time position suited to mature, reliable male candidates aged between 40 and 60 years. Former armed forces or police personnel are particularly encouraged to apply. The role offers an attractive salary package, uniforms, and daily meals.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of the restaurant premises, staff, and customers at all times
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises and monitor access points
- Control entry and exit of staff, visitors, and deliveries in a professional manner
- Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents, emergencies, or disturbances
- Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activity to management immediately
- Maintain a security log of all daily activities, incidents, and visitor entries
- Assist in enforcing restaurant rules and ensuring a safe, orderly environment for guests
- Work 24-hour duty shifts as rostered by management
Requirements
- Male candidates aged between 40 and 60 years
- Ability to work 24-hour duty shifts
- Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy
- Former armed forces (Army, Navy, Air Force) or police experience will be a strong added qualification
- Previous security experience is preferred
- Good physical fitness appropriate for security duties
- Good conduct, punctuality, and commitment to duty
