Jaya Farm is now seeking dedicated and experienced Farm Supervisors for their farms in Arachchikattuwa, Marichchikattuwa, and Agunawila.

Role Overview

Jaya Farm is looking for disciplined, results-driven, and experienced Farm Supervisors to oversee and manage daily operations at their modern broiler farms. This is a full-time residential position with food and accommodation provided. Male candidates only. The role offers a structured performance-based incentive structure with salary increments after 6 and 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily activities of the modern broiler farm operation
• Manage feed supply — oversee feed inventory and distribute to ensure optimal nutrition for birds at all stages
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of flock performance, health status, and production outputs
• Monitor bird welfare and promptly identify and address any health or biosecurity concerns
• Oversee equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and farm hygiene standards
• Coordinate with the management team on production targets and farm performance
• Ensure compliance with farm biosecurity protocols and company safety standards
• Train and supervise farm workers on proper handling and care of broiler birds

Qualifications

• HND Level 4–6 in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, or Advanced Level (Bio Stream)
• More than 6 months of working experience in modern broiler farms
• Knowledge of broiler farm management, feed systems, and bird health
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a farm environment
• Reliable, disciplined, and committed to animal welfare and farm hygiene
