Role Overview
MAS Vidiyal is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Merchandiser – Bulk (Bodywear). In this role, you will ensure a smooth order management function by implementing a structured action plan for all activities and regularly updating and sharing relevant information with respective stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient order management functions across all bulk production activities
- Implement structured action plans for all merchandising activities across the production cycle
- Regularly update and share accurate and relevant information with all respective internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor bulk production timelines, identify potential delays, and proactively communicate with relevant teams
- Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and quality assurance to ensure smooth bulk operations
- Maintain detailed records of orders, communications, and production milestones
- Support the analysis of production data and contribute to operational improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal teams and external partners
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a Professional Qualification in CIMA or CIM from a recognised institution
- 1–2 years of work experience in a similar capacity (merchandising, supply chain, or apparel operations)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to work in Kilinochchi, Northern Province
