Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and clients in a professional, warm, and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management and departments
  • Assist visitors with inquiries and provide accurate information and directions
  • Coordinate administrative support with various departments as required
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies when needed
  • Handle customer concerns politely, professionally, and in line with Arpico’s service standards
  • Maintain a visitor record book and adhere to security procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — written and verbal
  • Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge — MS Office (Word, Excel), email, data entry
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage
