Role Overview
Ayuthantra Ayurveda & Wellness is recruiting for four exciting positions to support their growing operations in Colombo. Whether you are passionate about client service, administration, digital marketing, or business growth, there is a role for you at Ayuthantra. The ideal candidates will have passed G.C.E. A/L, be below 30 years of age, and possess a friendly, caring, and positive personality. Prior experience and relevant qualifications for each role are a distinct advantage.

Position 1: Front Office Executive
Handle client communication, manage appointments, perform reception duties, and address customer requests to ensure a smooth and welcoming client experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome clients upon arrival, creating a calming and professional first impression
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups efficiently
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails with promptness and professionalism
- Process client payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with therapists and wellness staff to ensure smooth client flow
- Maintain client records and consent forms with strict confidentiality
Position 2: Admin Executive
Manage inventory, purchasing, and administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the wellness centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier coordination
- Handle purchasing requirements and process purchase orders within approved budgets
- Maintain administrative records, files, and documentation for smooth centre operations
- Coordinate with management and staff on administrative requirements and operational schedules
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates on inventory, purchasing, and administrative matters
Position 3: Social Media Assistant / Executive
Develop and manage monthly social media strategies, collaborating with the content team to ensure timely execution and drive lead generation through targeted promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Develop monthly social media content calendars and campaign strategies aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and the content team to produce high-quality visual content
- Monitor social media performance metrics and report on reach, engagement, and lead generation
- Run targeted promotional campaigns to attract new clients and grow the Ayuthantra online community
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner
Position 4: Business Development Executive
Build and manage relationships with high-value clients and strategic partners while promoting premium wellness experiences and delivering a personalised client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage high-value individual and corporate clients to grow the Ayuthantra client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners including hotels, corporates, and wellness networks
- Promote Ayuthantra’s premium wellness packages, treatments, and experiences to target audiences
- Deliver a personalised and consultative client journey that converts inquiries into loyal customers
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements for prospective clients and partners
General Requirements (All Positions)
- Passed G.C.E. A/L
- Age below 30 years
- Friendly, caring, and positive personality that aligns with the wellness brand
- Relevant qualifications and prior experience related to the applied position will be a strong advantage
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Sinhala is advantageous)
