Role Overview
Roshell Manpower Agency is seeking professional, organised, and reliable Female Receptionists and Office Admins to support their recruitment sector operations in Dehiwala. The positions offer a basic salary starting from LKR 50,000 and are ideal for female candidates aged 22–32 with good English communication skills, computer knowledge, and some relevant work experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and candidates at the reception desk professionally
- Answer and manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries
- Support recruitment coordinators with documentation, data entry, and candidate processing
- Maintain and update candidate and client files accurately
- Handle general office administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and correspondence
- Coordinate appointments, interviews, and agency activities as directed by management
Qualifications
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
- O/L or A/L qualification
- Age between 22 and 32 years
- Computer knowledge in MS Office and email
- More than 1 year of experience in a relevant role (receptionist, admin, or similar)
