Role Overview

Epic Technology is looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join their Sales Support team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT sales support, customer engagement, market research, and proposal preparation within a fast-growing technology company. What You’ll Do

• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation for prospective clients
• Conduct research to identify potential customers and new market opportunities
• Provide support for customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Collaborate with the technical team to gain a thorough understanding of Epic’s products and solutions
• Maintain and update customer databases accurately and consistently
• Assist in preparing product demonstrations and training materials for sales and client engagement activities

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Sales Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in sales, customer support, and technology
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Basic knowledge of technical concepts or a willingness to learn quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (preferred but not required)
• A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to work as part of a team
