Role Overview
TEXO is looking for a dedicated and analytical Senior Operations Analyst – Local Operations to join their team of changemakers in Thulhiriya. In this role, you will conduct global manufacturing and macro-environmental analysis to identify and propose concepts to enhance organisational productivity, develop strategies and action plans to optimise resource utilisation, while supporting the Operations team in evaluating internal capacity and capabilities. This is a full-time position with a requirement to apply within 7 calendar days of the advertisement being published.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct global manufacturing and macro-environmental analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing organisational productivity
- Propose and implement concepts and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop strategies and action plans to optimise resource utilisation across manufacturing operations
- Support the Operations team in evaluating internal capacity and operational capabilities
- Analyse operational data, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and operational forecasting activities
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering from a recognised university
- 2–3 years of work experience in a similar capacity (operations analysis, manufacturing, or industrial management)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and operational analysis tools
