Role Overview

Aunty Anne’s AMI Montessori is looking for enthusiastic and caring Full-time Montessori Teachers who are fluent in English and have a genuine passion for early childhood education. The successful candidates will be responsible for implementing Montessori principles in the classroom, supporting the holistic development of young children, and creating a warm and engaging learning environment. Candidates with training in pre-school education and prior experience in a pre-school or Montessori setting are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the AMI Montessori curriculum in the classroom, ensuring all activities align with Montessori principles
• Create a prepared, orderly, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children’s independence and exploration
• Observe and assess individual children’s developmental progress and maintain detailed records
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, lessons, and group experiences to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to maintain the school’s high standards of early childhood education
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment at all times

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English – mandatory requirement for instruction and communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Training in pre-school education (AMI Montessori Diploma or equivalent preferred)
• Work experience of 2–3 years in a pre-school environment
• Genuine passion for working with young children and a warm, nurturing personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents
• Ability to create a positive, stimulating, and structured early learning environment
