Role Overview
Tisara Engineering Services is seeking a motivated and persistent Sales Representative to join their team. This is an exciting field sales role where you will represent globally recognized premium industrial brands across Sri Lanka. Key Responsibilities
- Represent Tisara’s world-class catalogue of premium industrial equipment (CompAir, Baoli, Sinoboom, and more) to prospective clients across Sri Lanka
- Conduct in-person sales visits, product introductions, and client presentations confidently and professionally
- Actively and continuously hunt for new leads, prospects, and business opportunities across the island
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new clients
- Learn and develop thorough knowledge of the industrial equipment product catalogue to advise clients accurately
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, client visit logs, and pipeline updates to management
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and purchase orders to close sales efficiently
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times when representing premium global brands
- Willingness to travel long distances island-wide as required for client visits
Requirements
- Must have a valid driving licence — owning a motorbike will be a significant advantage
- Must be willing to travel long distances island-wide for client visits
- Must have strong communication skills to confidently make in-person introductions and presentations
- Must be capable of learning the basic uses of the industrial equipment catalogue
- Must be highly persistent and motivated to continuously hunt for new business leads
- Must maintain a professional appearance to represent premium global brands credibly
- Previous field sales experience in engineering, industrial equipment, or B2B sales is an advantage
