Role Overview
Continental Food Products is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Finance to join their team and support financial operations in a fast-paced food production and delivery environment. The role requires someone with hands-on accounting experience, particularly in invoice processing, daily reconciliations, and app-based transaction management.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day financial operations — invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations
- Process and verify corporate client billing and app-based (Pink Panda) transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Support accounts receivable and payable functions — managing corporate client payments and supplier invoices
- Reconcile daily sales from direct corporate orders and Pink Panda app transactions
- Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and management accounts
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure accurate order-to-cash flow tracking
- Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives across production and delivery operations
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulatory requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Part qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field — AAT, CIMA, CMA, Chartered or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role — experience in food production or hospitality is strongly preferred
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet financial deadlines
