Role Overview

RCCI is seeking dynamic young individuals to join their team as Trainee Executives – Auto & Micro Credit. This is a field-based financial services role with structured training, attractive benefits, and a clear career development pathway. Trainee Executives will work directly with customers to promote and facilitate auto credit and micro credit facilities in their assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and market RCCI’s auto credit and micro credit products to prospective customers in the assigned territory
• Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, customer referrals, and community engagement
• Conduct customer assessments, collect and verify documentation for credit applications
• Explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and product features clearly to customers
• Achieve monthly credit disbursement and customer acquisition targets
• Follow up on loan repayments and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare and submit accurate field reports and customer data to branch management
• Ensure all credit operations comply with RCCI’s policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

• Age between 20–30 years
• School leavers are encouraged to apply — no prior finance experience required
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
• GCE O/L and A/L qualifications required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — ability to engage confidently with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic, field-based environment
• Sinhala and Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage (especially for Northern and Eastern Province locations)
• Valid Driving Licence is required — field travel is essential to this role
