Job Profile

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies, payments, claims, and policy changes
• Process premium payments and issue receipts accurately
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required
• Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures
• Process customer requests accurately and efficiently
• Meet customer service targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

• Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level
• Excellent and polite communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Ability to speak Tamil will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
