Softlogic Life is on the lookout for an experienced, dynamic training professional to join as Manager – Sales Training & Development, leading capability-building initiatives for its sales advisors and leaders nationwide.

Job Profile

• Deliver impactful training programs to enhance the capabilities of sales advisors, leaders, and employees
• Develop and maintain training content, assessments, and digital learning solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements
• Conduct training on insurance products, sales effectiveness, customer engagement, compliance, and leadership development
• Assess learning outcomes, identify capability gaps, and implement coaching and development initiatives to improve performance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support learning needs, product launches, and strategic initiatives
• Oversee training administration, reporting, compliance, and learning analytics while promoting a culture of continuous learning and sales excellence

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Tamil is highly preferred
• Fluency in Sinhala and English will be a distinct advantage
• A recognized Bachelor’s Degree, with a Master’s Degree or relevant professional qualification being an added advantage
• Prior experience in the Insurance industry, particularly in Sales, Operations, Training, or Distribution Management, is preferred
• Demonstrated passion for learning, capability building, coaching, and people development
• Willingness to travel extensively across the country to support field training and business requirements
