Nexus Electricals (Pvt) Ltd. is a subsidiary of one of Sri Lanka’s leading electrical manufacturing and distribution companies. The company is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented individual to join its team as a Sales Officer – Show Room in Nawala.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Promote and explain the Polycrome full range of electrical products (conduits, casings, switches, fans, etc.)
• Provide technical/product information to customers and assist them in selecting suitable products
• Handle sales transactions, invoicing, and cash/credit handling
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness
• Support after-sales service and customer follow-up

Key Requirements

• Minimum G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification
• Previous experience in showroom sales or customer service (preferably in the electrical/hardware industry)
• Applicants residing in Nawala, Nugegoda, Boralesgamuwa, or surrounding areas will be given preference
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy and ability to handle billing systems
• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and a team player
