MAS is looking for proactive Undergraduates and Graduates in Human Resource Management or Business Management, along with strong communication and team-working skills, to join the team of changemakers.
Your Role with Us
As a Human Resources Intern, you will support in handling employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary activities ensuring employee satisfaction, support tracking of employee relations matters and documentation, while assisting in organizing employee engagement initiatives to promote a productive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Graduate in Human Resource Management or Business Management
- Strong communication skills
- Good team-working skills
- Proactive attitude
