About the Role

Ninehearts Imaging (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Executive to support the day-to-day IT operations of the company — an IT professional who is eager to gain hands-on experience in cloud services, networking, IoT devices, and end-user support.

Key Activities

• Support the maintenance and performance of PC systems and telecommunications platforms
• Assist with administration of Azure Entra ID and Office 365
• Execute routine patch management activities for operating systems and applications
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure
• Provide first-level technical support for organizational IoT devices
• Perform device setup and configuration (CCTV, signature pads, scanners, printers, etc.)
• Respond to user support requests and escalate complex technical issues when required
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support activities, and configurations
• Provide general IT support to ensure smooth business operations

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or professional qualification in IT, Networking, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role (internship experience acceptable)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure Entra ID administration
• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and standard business applications
• Willingness to learn and work with patch management and IoT devices
• Basic hands-on experience with printers, scanners, or CCTV systems is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
