Richard Pieris Tyre Company is now seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven Institutional Sales Officer (Male or Female) to join their dynamic sales team.

About the Role

As an Institutional Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving institutional sales growth within your assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with key institutional clients, and representing the Arpico Tyres brand in a professional and impactful manner. You will operate independently within the broader marketing and sales framework, identifying new business opportunities and achieving departmental sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients within the assigned area of responsibility
• Achieve and exceed assigned institutional sales targets in line with departmental objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tyre and related industries
• Conduct regular client visits and maintain a strong presence within the institutional customer base
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports for management review
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to the sales management team
• Support promotional campaigns and institutional marketing initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• Preferable age: 25–40 years
• Degree from a university or professional qualification in Sales & Marketing from a recognised institute
• Minimum 3 years of experience in institutional sales in the tyre industry or a related industry
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Possession of a valid driving licence is essential
• Self-motivated, energetic team player with the ability to think independently within a broader sales framework
