Position: Trainee Clerks
Job Overview
The Trainee Clerk will support the administrative functions of Star Packaging (Pvt) Ltd, assisting with day-to-day clerical and office duties under the supervision of senior staff. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent school leavers seeking to begin their career in a manufacturing and production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain and update records accurately in both physical and digital formats.
- Support departmental functions with typing, correspondence preparation, and routine office tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Operate standard office equipment including computers and printers.
- Liaise with internal departments as required and assist with any additional duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Good G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) results.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Age below 25 years.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing office environment.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
