About the Role

As a Tele Caller at Trust Calling Service, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, presenting products or services, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving set call targets. You will work in a professional call centre environment with a supportive team and clear performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers professionally
  • Introduce and promote the company’s products and services
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Convince and persuade customers to engage with the company’s offerings
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management
  • Maintain accurate call records and update databases accordingly
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Confident and friendly attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call systems
  • Strong convincing and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines
  • Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
