Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and issue supplies accurately to the relevant departments
• Maintain up-to-date stock records and update inventory movements in the system
• Monitor stock levels regularly and report shortages or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Organize and store supplies properly, ensuring safety, hygiene, and accessibility
• Assist with periodic stock counts and inventory audits
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding supply requirements
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to supply transactions
• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the supplies department

Requirements

• GCE A/L or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in stores, inventory, or supply-related work is an advantage
• Good knowledge of stock handling and record keeping procedures
• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and inventory management systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work accurately, responsibly, and under pressure in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Team player with a professional attitude
