Job Role: Female Receptionist

As the Receptionist at Keen Auto Body Works, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for every customer. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally and courteously
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the office, ensuring a positive experience
• Prepare invoices, quotations, and billing documents accurately
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
• Manage customer appointments and follow-up communications
• Coordinate with workshop staff regarding customer vehicle requirements and updates
• Handle email communications and general office correspondence
• Maintain daily reports and administrative documents
• Assist management with general office duties as required
• Ensure proper record keeping and document control at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

• Female candidates preferred
• Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English (written and spoken)
• Basic computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, and Email
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and with minimal supervision
• Friendly personality with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in Reception, Customer Service, or Office Administration will be an added advantage
• Well-organized with an eye for detail and a professional appearance
