W15 Weligama is a beachfront hotel on the New Galle Road in Weligama, on Sri Lanka’s south coast. It is hiring for a combined role: a Spa Therapist who also takes on housekeeping duties. The post suits a therapist who is comfortable splitting their time between giving treatments and keeping guest rooms and shared areas in order.

Spa Duties

• Give professional spa treatments and therapies to guests.
• Perform different types of massage, beauty treatments and wellness therapies.
• Make sure every guest has a friendly, relaxing and personalised spa experience.
• Keep the spa and assigned areas clean, hygienic and organised.

Housekeeping and General Duties

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas as required.
• Keep spa equipment, products and housekeeping supplies properly maintained.
• Follow company standards, health and safety procedures and hygiene practices.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Support the team with other operational duties when needed.

What They Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist and/or in housekeeping is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic spa treatments and massage techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, professional and guest-focused attitude.
