Role Overview

Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Showroom Manager to lead one of their flagship Rocell showrooms in Colombo. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full showroom P&L, team management, customer experience, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Rocell showroom including sales, customer service, and merchandising
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual revenue, footfall, and conversion rate targets
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of showroom executives and support staff
• Ensure an exceptional in-store customer experience — from first contact to purchase completion and after-sales follow-up
• Maintain showroom presentation, display standards, and product availability in line with Rocell brand guidelines
• Manage showroom inventory, stock ordering, and coordination with the warehouse and supply chain team
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and project developers to generate B2B sales
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and KPI dashboards to the Area Manager
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit control procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years as a showroom or branch manager
• Experience in tiles, sanitaryware, furniture, or a premium home products retail environment is highly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills
• Good English and Sinhala communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and POS/retail management software
• Energetic, target-driven personality with high levels of initiative
