Job Titles & Experience Required

• Senior Retail Sales Associate — minimum 2 years in sales in the finance industry
• Retail Sales Executive — minimum 4 years in sales in the finance industry

Who the Bank Is Looking For

• Outgoing personalities with a passion for sales
• G.C.E. (O/L) qualified with passes in English and Mathematics
• Fluency in Sinhala/Tamil with working proficiency in English
• Willingness to complete mandatory training in Colombo
