Siyapatha Finance PLC is the fully-owned largest subsidiary of Sampath Bank PLC, a finance company licensed by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011. Siyapatha Finance is hiring a Junior Executive – Digital Marketing to join its team in Colombo 08.

The Job

• Hands-on experience in digital media handling, creative design, concept development, and the use of related software
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications
• Ability to create engaging short-form video content, including TikTok videos and Instagram Reels

The Person

• G.C.E. A/L qualification with full or partial completion of a professional qualification in SLIM/CIM/HNDM or APIDM
• Experience in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Experience in digital marketing promotions, preferably within the banking or non-banking financial sector (an added advantage)
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and SEO is an added advantage
• Below 26 years of age
• Outgoing personality with a positive mindset
