📋 About the Role
As a Relationship Executive, you will represent Union Assurance in the field, building genuine relationships with prospective customers, understanding their protection and savings needs, and guiding them towards suitable insurance solutions. This role suits candidates who enjoy meeting people and are motivated by performance-based rewards.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective customers in and around the Kiribathgoda area
- Explain Union Assurance’s life insurance products and match them to customer needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch
- Build long-term relationships with customers to support renewals and referrals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and customer follow-ups
- Attend ongoing product and sales training provided by the company
