Position: Security Officers (Bouncers)

📍 Location: Thilhara Group, Union Place, Colombo
⏰ Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain order, safety, and security at the Thilhara Group premises at all times.
• Monitor entry and exit points, screen individuals, and enforce access control protocols.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies on the premises.
• Conduct regular patrols of the building and surrounding areas to deter and detect suspicious activity.
• Coordinate with management and relevant authorities in the event of security breaches or critical incidents.
• Maintain a professional, visible, and authoritative presence to ensure a safe environment for staff, guests, and visitors.
• Operate communication equipment and maintain shift-based logs and incident reports.
• Assist with crowd management and customer flow during peak hours or special events.

Requirements

• Physical fitness and a strong, professional demeanor are essential.
• A valid driving license is a definite advantage.
• Military service experience or prior experience in the Sri Lanka Army, Navy, Air Force, or Police is a strong advantage.
• Prior experience as a security officer, bouncer, or in a professional security role is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
